"CopperGarden®" 16 cm Copper Paella Pan
This elegant copper paella pan has a diameter of approximately 16 cm. This extra small pan is perfectly suited for preparing and serving tapas as well as small individual portions. The pan is handcrafted from heavy copper and coated with pure tin for food safety. This combination optimally showcases the best properties of both materials. Thanks to the extremely high heat conductivity of copper, you can evenly heat this paella pan over the smallest flames, and the coating allows you to add acidic ingredients such as lemon or prepare dishes and serve them later.

Copper Pan with Tin Coating

Important: The pan is made of sturdy and nearly indestructible copper and is lined on the inside with a fine layer of tin to minimize any negative impact on the fantastic thermal conductivity of the copper. Thanks to the tin layer, you can use the pan for all types of food and serve or store cooked dishes directly at the table.

The pan is heat-resistant up to over 240 degrees and can be used on any cooking surface (except induction). You can also cook with the pan on a grill, over an open fire, or in an oven; however, you should never heat the pan when it's empty. Always add oil or water to the pan before heating it.

We recommend not to scratch the pan. Please use spatulas, cooking spoons, and utensils made of wood or plastic. Additionally, be mindful of the coating while washing and only use soft sponges or cloths. We recommend soaking the pan in warm water after use and washing it by hand.

If the tin coating ever starts to peel, the pan can be cheaply re-tinned at any copper workshop.

One thing is certain: for preparing or serving a paella or risotto, it is the best pan you can get. The eye is also pleased.
