"CopperGarden®" Still 2 Liters "Essence Plus" with Column
Since January 2018, you can legally purchase such a beautiful still in Germany without registration and use it for the production of essential oils, distilled water, hydrolats, spagyric remedies, or for your secret alchemical experiments. This wonderful and highly versatile still does not need to be registered with customs. To help you start your first distillation at home right away, we have prepared this "Worry-Free" complete set for you. It includes everything you need for your new hobby.
The set features the latest model of the long-proven "Essence" column distillery from the CopperGarden® forge, including the 2-liter bulb-shaped boiler, a finely perforated aroma column, and the perfectly shaped distillation head that directly connects to the 10 mm vapor tube. You can use the still with or without the column. The column is loosely fitted on the boiler and can be removed with a simple hand motion. This is very convenient for emptying and cleaning, and when you want to operate the still without the column as an alembic still, for example, for the distillation of rose water or (in AT) aromatic alcohol. The distillation head fits both on the column and on the boiler. A special feature that makes this still a universally usable top model with versatile functions.
Additionally, we provide the pre-assembled Al-Ambik® distillation thermometer, the high-quality Rommelsbacher portable cooktop, two pieces of copper mesh as a protective filter or burning protection, as well as a cooling water set with a pump and hoses, along with various other accessories so you can connect and use the still immediately. In addition to the still, we strongly recommend the book "Table and Small Distillation", which explains everything you need to know about distillation in the hobby sector.

Important Note: This still may be sold legally in Germany under the new German Alcohol Tax Act (like all other stills with up to 2 liters of boiler capacity) since January 1, 2018, without registration with the authorities. Please note that we, as a retailer, must explicitly state that this still may only be used for the distillation of distilled water, hydrolats, essential oils, flavors, fragrances, perfumes, fuels, food products, alchemical experiments, etc., or as a collector's item. If you distill alcohol and are caught, you will face fines and the confiscation of the distillation unit.

<h2>Stills with boiler capacities of up to 2 Liters are Registration-Free!</h2> <p>Thanks to the new German Alcohol Tax Act (since January 1, 2018), we can sell this still freely and without any bureaucracy to you, and ship it to all EU countries as well as most other countries on our planet.</p> <p><strong>Important to know:</strong> We must inform you that you are not permitted to distill alcohol in Germany and Switzerland. The still may be used registration-free for the distillation of water, hydrolats, flavors, natural remedies, cosmetics, essential oils, non-alcoholic beverages, etc. If you wish to legally distill alcohol in Germany or Switzerland, you will need a commercial distilling license.</p> <p>In Austria, you are also allowed to use this still for flavoring and spirit distillation of purchased (taxed) alcohol with various flavor carriers, and for example, legally distill gin. Distilling alcohol from mash is also prohibited in Austria.</p> <p>Please be aware of the laws in your home country. If you distill spirits at home with this still, you are considered a "moonshiner" and could face prosecution for tax evasion in the amount of the lost alcohol tax. Additionally, the still could be confiscated.
