Enzymes 4.2 g for liquefaction and saccharification of grain and potato mash

Mix of enzymes for liquefying and converting starches into fermentable sugar.

Convert the starch content of your grain and potato mash into fermentable sugar by adding the enzyme to warmed up mash at a constant temperature of around 60 °C for 30 minutes and keep stirring well. Test the starch content with an iodine test to make sure you have converted everything.
