"Vaello" grill plate (27 x 48 cm), solid cast-iron
Cast-iron grill plate: cast-iron grill plate can be used on both sides for healthy grilling. The plate is smooth on one side (like a Spanish plancha) and ridged / grooved on the other, ideal for all meat and fish dishes.
The plate is very versatile in its use; for example, camping, grilling over an open fire, on a charcoal or gas barbeque, but also at home on your gas stove. Simply place the plate on the stove burner and when it is sufficiently hot you can start to grill in your own kitchen.
Very heavy cast-iron quality - ideal also for vegetarians and against iron deficiency. By grilling on an iron plate the tiniest iron particles transfer to your food and help to regulate the body´s iron reserves.
