"CopperGarden®" column still, 30L & thermometer

   This column still truly belongs in the top class and is very versatile to use. The still is fitted with a separate column which swivels to the side and is very functional. You can distil with or without the column, which gives you a lot of possibilities. The still is completely hand-forged and consists of a boiler with just over 30 liters capacity, the column (approx. 10 liters volume and integrated sieve) which is attached by a wrought iron frame, the perfectly shaped head (with standard built-in thermometer), as well as the two-part screwed on lyne arm / swan neck and the condenser (worm condenser) with cool water intake and overflow pipe. In addition, the boiler is fitted with a drain pipe, so the still can be mounted on a brick framework over a fire pit.

Examples for use: 

• If you, for example, fill the column with fermented pomace and the boiler with water you can obtain an excellent grappa. 

• Or you can fill the boiler with water and the column with plant material of your choice - the result is aroma oil gently extracted by steam distillation.

• Another possibility is to ferment using turbo yeast and fill the mash into the boiler. If you then fill the column with stainless steel chips or glass beads you can increase the vapor resistance as desired, rectify and obtain a high-proof neutral alcohol. 

• If you then pour the alcohol into the boiler and fill the column with, for example, raspberries you will receive an excellent flavored spirit.

For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package. Up to now we have never had problems with the importation of our stills into other countries.
