Vinometer: the vinometer allows you to accurately determine the alcohol content in wine and mash. The measuring range lies between 0 and 25 % Vol. If you want to determine an amount above 25% simply dilute the liquid with with water 1:1 and multiply the result by 2.
The vinometer is not suitable for determining the alcohol content of high-proof spirits like brandy or schnapps. Please use an alcoholmeter for this purpose. We recommend our Alkoholmeter from 0-100 Vol% with thermometer.
