"CopperGarden®" Still ALEMBIC 2 Liters | Thermometer
Hand-forged copper still in the original ALEMBIC design for aromatic distillates. The boiler has been meticulously crafted and comes in a 2-liter size, which can be used in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland without registration. Especially if you want to distill flower hydrosols (rose water) directly from the boiler, you will quickly fall in love with this still. Unfortunately, in DE, AT, and CH, it is prohibited: The still is also suitable for distilling whisky, brandy, or various fruit schnapps. You will receive a high-quality ALEMBIC still from the "CopperGarden®" manufacture that will surely bring you joy for a long time. In terms of quality, this still is an investment for generations.
The two-liter model of the ALEMBIC still offered here has evolved over the years and has included additional improvements since 2015. You will quickly notice the practical enhancements while distilling and will soon find it hard to do without them. Firstly, there is the widened vapor tube with an external screw connection, and the condenser is also well-designed to ensure adequate cooling. A cooling water circulation system can be easily connected. The distillation hat is wonderfully wide (bell-shaped) and ends directly in the swan neck vapor tube, which is advantageous for aromatic distillates.
