"CopperGarden" alquitara still 100L

   Genuine alquitara still with an impressive 100 liter boiler, completely hand-forged out of copper in the CopperGarden® traditional forge. The alquitara still provides an amazingly easy and practical way to obtain excellent, aromatic distillates. The perfect still for the uncomplicated distillation of simple but highly aromatic fruit brandy and pomace schnapps.

   Why should the condenser of a still be positioned at the side? The condenser of the alquitara is mounted on the top directly over the boiler and cools the rising distillate very quickly. Surprisingly easy and practical, especially for the production of aromatic brandy and spirits.  There is almost no loss of aroma with this still, because the construction of the alquitara ensures that the rising aroma-loaded vapor condenses again quickly. The distillate has a lower alcohol content, but is more flavorful.  

   An alquitara is traditionally used for double distillation. You can conveniently distil a raw spirit two or three times in one day. Depending on your mash you can obtain a sufficient amount of raw spirit (30% to 45%) in order to finally distil a fine spirit. You can distil up to 250 liters of mash in one day in a 100 liter alquitara and convert it into a highly aromatic fruit brandy.  

   We recommend the alquitara especially for all distillation from your own fruit mash, as well as for pomace distillation and distillation of extracted liquids, like wine and fruit wine. In the aroma category, the alquitara is also suitable for the production of herbal distillates.

Distillation is strictly regulated or even forbidden in some countries. Please inform yourself and pay attention to the regulations in your country. We can ship worldwide, but we cannot check if you are allowed to own a still. Shipping within the EU is completely unrestricted. For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package. Up to now we have never had problems with the importation of our stills into other countries.
