This is a first class still which is fitted with a detachable rotating column. It can be used with, as well as without the column during diatillation. The still consists of the approx. 30-liter-capacity, perfectly welded boiler, the fitted column has volume of approx. 10 liters and integrated sieve, the head (with a standard fitted thermometer), the screwed on 2-part lyne arm / swan neck, and the adequately sized condenser with water intake and drain. The boiler is also fitted with a drain valve.

Examples for use: 
If you fill the column with fermented pomace and then fill the boiler with water, you can obtain an excellent grappa.

Or you can fill the boiler with water and the column with plants of your choice - the result is an essential oil extracted gently by steam distillation.

You can also ferment with turbo yeast and fill the mash into the boiler. If you then fill the column with stainless steel or glass beads you can increase the vapour pressure as you want. By using this method you obtain a high percentage neutral alcohol. 

If you fill the alcohol into the boiler again and fill the column with, for example, raspberries you will acquire an excellent raspberry-flavored spirit.
