"CopperGarden®" column still 10L & thermometer

   This column still is in the top range because it is fitted with a removable column. You can distil with and without the column. The still consists of a 10 liter, elaborately welded (hard soldered) boiler, and the mounted 4 liter volume column which can be filled, and an integrated sieve. In addition, there is the meticulously formed, extra wide head, the two-part screwed-on lyne arm and swan neck, as well as the generously sized condenser with cool water intake and drain. 

   Examples for use: If you fill the column with fermented pomace and fill the boiler with water you obtain an excellent grappa. Or you can fill the boiler with water and fill - through steam distillation you obtain gently extracted aroma oil. Or you can ferment with turbo yeast and fill the mash into the boiler. When you fill the column with raschig rings, stainless steel chips or glass beads you can increase the vapor resistence and also distil to a very high proof. In this way you can obtain high-proof, neutral alcohol. If this aroma-neutral alcohol is filled into the boiler and, for example, raspberries are put into the column, you get an excellent raspberry flavored spirit. There are thousands of possibilities - whatever you are in the mood for!

Distillation is strictly regulated or even forbidden in some countries. Please inform yourself and pay attention to the regulations in your country. We can ship worldwide, but we cannot check if you are allowed to own a still. Shipping within the EU is completely unrestricted. For shipping to countries outside the EU we have to affix the invoice and shipping list to the outside of the package. Up to now we have never had problems with the importation of our stills into other countries.
