"CopperGarden®" Still "Easy Moonshine" 2 Liter

Brilliantly uncomplicated mini distillery for the "moonshiner" in us. With this new creation adapted to the new Alcohol Tax Law 2018, we have created a distillery that you can't go wrong with. As the name suggests, it's all "Easy." The still is extremely straightforward and safe to handle. We have tested it thoroughly and are thrilled with the results. It couldn't have been done better.

The still differs significantly from other mini distilleries in several essential yet important features. For example, the column is securely fixed to the boiler, resistant to pressure. Thanks to the sturdy stainless steel clamp, the still is guaranteed to be airtight, and the column stays securely in place. You can even compact the filled plant material without worrying about clogging. The vapor tube is secured at the top of the column with a fine mesh and closed at the bottom with a fine aroma sieve. You can quickly distill essential oils under pressure and cool them down early through the Liebig condenser.

The Liebig condenser is another distinct feature. You can pump cooling water through it at will, ensuring constant cooling temperatures, which benefits the quality of the essential oils. The still has proven to be particularly efficient during continuous operation. With the separately available cooling water set, you can securely connect the hoses and allow the cooling system to run uncontrolled. The column can be removed while cooling is in progress and refilled. In our test, we were able to distill the column 5 times within 2 hours, yielding a total of 12 ml of essential oil and 800 ml of a fine hydrolate. You will love it.

This EASY MOONSHINE is based on an efficient alcohol distillation process. In Austria, you may also use this still to produce high-proof spirits like gin and other aromatic spirits.

Thanks to the flat bottom, the still is suitable for heating on any 10 to 14 cm electric hotplate, which we recommend as accessories along with a cooling water set with pump. Unlike many other small distilleries, this still stands firm and secure. The connection of a cooling system and the assembly of the unit are uncomplicated and suitable for beginners. Professionals will appreciate the ability to distill with a bit more pressure or to fill the column with Raschig rings for high-proof alcohol distillation.
