Ingenious "EasyMoonshine" still with an extra-large and fully fillable steam column for aroma distillation and the production of essential oils and floral waters. The column offers plenty of space for your plant material, ensuring high yields of essential oils and rich hydrosols. This still can also be used to flavor alcohol but is specially optimized for the hydrodistillation of essential oils and hydrosols. You will love working with this still.
In our comparative test, we were able to fill the column with 105 grams of lavender flowers and obtain 6.5 ml of essential oil in a single run. This places the still in the top class, especially considering how safe and uncomplicated it is to use. It is possible to refill the still multiple times in succession, efficiently processing larger quantities. The always cool Liebig condenser on the side allows the column to be removed from the hotplate, opened, and refilled even when hot.

The still can be used registration-free for distilling water, hydrosols, aromas, natural remedies, cosmetics, essential oils, non-alcoholic beverages, etc. If you wish to legally distill alcohol in Germany or Switzerland, you need a commercial distillation license.</p> <p>In Austria, you may use this still for flavoring and spirit distillation of purchased (taxed) alcohol with various flavor carriers, and, for example, legally distill gin. However, distilling alcohol from mash yourself is also prohibited in Austria.</p> <p>Please check the laws in your home country. If you distill schnapps at home with this still, you are considered an "illegal distiller" and could be convicted of tax evasion in the amount of the avoided alcohol tax.
