Resun SP-500 Submersible Pump
We have been selling this wonderfully reliable Resun SP-500 aquarium pump since 2014 as a cooling water pump for our distillation units. The cooling water in a still should generally be no more than lukewarm during alcohol distillation. Ideal temperatures are around 20 degrees Celsius. When distilling essential oils, the temperature can be even lower, but it's best to keep it below 20 degrees Celsius for optimal yield. Essential oils are highly volatile and require strong cooling for optimal distillation. The pump can handle temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius.Resun SP-500 Submersible Pump
